Just want to say it was a pleasure doing this visit with Janet and having Linda's help! Our planning definitely made the difference and polished the presentation. It also really alleviated my nerves. Like some authors, I think of myself as shy, and worried I was in over my head. As soon as I knew our platform and we talked out the panel questions, I realized this was totally doable. And partnering with another YA author kept it engaging.

Next time (or in the future) I'd love to learn how to engage the audience of teens even more -- like with asking them questions and involving them more in discussion. Something to strive for.
